Sicolinx Will Introduce Groundbreaking Spraying Technology for Steel Pipe Surface Treatment at the 3rd China International Steel Pipe Conference

The 3rd China International Steel Pipe Conference, hosted by the Metallurgical Industry Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the Steel Pipe Branch of the China Steel Structure Association, Shanghai Ganglian E-Commerce Co., Ltd., and Duesseldorf Exhibition (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., will be held on September 22, 2026, at the Shanghai Fuyue Hotel in Songjiang.

Sicolinx will give a special report in the afternoon session (14:00-17:30), introducing advanced fully automated spraying technology in steel pipe surface treatment production lines. The insights from the R&D process, application cases, and process data will be also shared. This technology was entirely independently developed by Sicolinx over four years and has been successfully applied in steel pipe degreasing lines and pickling lines, earning unanimous recognition from customers. The technology has also obtained a national invention patent.

This groundbreaking technology is the first of its kind in the world, ensuring 100% quality pass rate while completely freeing workers from the heavy and dirty spraying process, making life better through technology.
